Our visual greeting for this year’s festive end comes from the work of Finnish sculptor and ceramicist Kim Simonsson, who works in Fiskars in southern Finland. His Bonfire Cannibal warms its hands together with the Girl with a Golden Hoodie.

The Finnish Institute is closed for visitors until January 10, 2021 due to the current Covid-19 restrictions. Our reception can be reached from Monday through Friday, 11 am–3 pm by phone − apart from our Christmas holidays, December 21−January 3. We wish you a wonderful holiday season!
