Are you enrolled in or have recently graduated from a design-related degree programme at a Finnish university or technical college? Are you a Finnish citizen or have permanent residency in Finland? If so we cordially invite you to take part in our competition for next year’s festival design! We offer the opportunity to create the face of Nordischer Klang 2021.
The Greifswald-based festival Nordischer Klang is the biggest annual cross-genre festival in Germany dedicated specifically to Scandinavian and Nordic music, art and literature. In 2021 the festival celebrates its 30th anniversary. Musicians, artists, authors and many more will be invited to take part in the festival’s programme which consists of around 40 events such as concerts, readings, exhibition openings, discussion panels and workshops. The ten-day-festival attracts up to 10,000 visitors every year. It is hosted in turns by the Nordic countries, next year the host will be Finland.
The prize will be either a fee of €1,000 or an invitation to join the first festival weekend including flights, accomodation and entrance to all the festival events for the winner and an accompanying person.
The deadline for submissions is November 15th 2020.
