Postgraduate Programmes in Germany and Finland – Workshop in englischer Sprache

The Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and the Finnish Institute in Germany are planning a series of conferences with the objective of an international exchange on the reform requirements of the doctoral programmes and a discussion about promising ways of developing the promotion of young scientists further.

The first part of this series, the binational workshop “Postgraduate Programmes in Germany and Finland” will focus on a discussion on graduate schools which have been established in both Germany and Finland as successful instruments for the promotion of young scientists.

The workshop will be organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Finland, the Academy of Finland, the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the German Research Foundation (DFG). The conference language will be English.
